About Us

As the developers of Knowme, a revolutionary marketing automation, sales, and customer relationship solution for small businesses, we understand the daily challenges you face. Lack of time, limited resources, and the need for each team member to wear many hats to name just a few. It's difficult to find time to prospect for new business while servicing existing customers. It's an even bigger leap to build the processes that lead to growth and reduced risk.

We saw the need for an affordable solution designed specifically to overcome these common challenges faced by small businesses. Which is why the Knowme application delivers immediate value to you by connecting you with your markets, helping you transact more business, and do the things that build lasting customer relationships.

Most importantly, we're not just a software company, we're a team of builders, thinkers and doers committed to helping your business thrive.

Leadership & Board
Boris Medak, President & CEO
Boris is an entrepreneur and innovator. He founded Knowme in 2005, and since then, has steered the company to double-digit growth and sustained profitability while connecting millions of consumers with Knowme's business customers. After immigrating to the United States in 1989, Boris joined Grgich Hills Estate where he learned to create great wine from Mike Grgich, a world-renowned winemaker. Five years later, in an attempt to eventually self-fund a winery, Boris began exporting personal computer peripherals. Dissatisfied with the high cost of hardware inventories, he set his sights on software in 2000 and created two of the first Web-based, software-as-a-service applications. Boris's life experiences, including navigating war-torn former Yugoslavia, have infused him with a profound concern for the displaced and less fortunate, especially children.

Boris obtained a BS degree from the University of Sarajevo.
